In order to protect the privacy of my clients, I do not accept insurance directly. However, I will provide a superbill upon request for clients who would like to file a claim themselves for reimbursement through their insurance provider.
The full session fee of $150.00 will be charged for appointments cancelled same-day. To avoid this fee, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
All cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling another session. Exceptions will be made for genuine emergency situations.
